DESCRIPTIONThis cute little stand is made from Chamfuta, or “Pod Mahogany”, from Mozambique. It could display A treasured possession, a gift for a loved one, or a small plant in a waterproof dish. Chamfuta is known to improve in colour and appearance as it ages thanks to oxidisation.
If you do choose to use this for a candle, be careful not to leave it unattended! All wood is flammable, however well we preserve it.
We recommend against using this piece for food but it is suitable for displaying fruit, wrapped sweets, and trinkets.
